To remove permanent marker ink, simply write over it with a whiteboard marker to ‘wet’ the ink again, thus making it easier to remove. Wipe the area after two minutes with a microfiber cloth. If this does not work, a Permanent Marker Cleaner, designed for removing tough stains, can be used.

To remove regular stains, use a dry erase cleaner. For tougher stains, Smarter Surfaces Permanent Ink Remover can be applied. This product is highly effective but not recommended for daily use.

Smart Dry Erase Paint is available in a white finish or a clear (transparent) finish. The clear finish allows you to retain the original color or graphics on your wall and benefit from whiteboard functionality.
