Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy<\/h1>\n

We work with a network of global courier services to offer you the best shipping options available. If you place your order before 8.30am ET on Monday to Friday, our warehouse will process your order the same day. Orders placed after 8.30am ET, will be processed on the next working day. Orders made on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday morning.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Like all online businesses, we use third party global courier companies to collect and deliver your goods to you.<\/h2>\n

When the goods leave our warehouse, the courier company has responsibility to deliver it to you. Whilst we can give estimates of when your delivery will arrive, based on the courier company\u2019s information to us, we cannot guarantee their performance, as they are a separate company.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Returns process and refund policy for Smarter Surfaces\u2122 products:<\/h3>\n

For your peace of mind, you may return unused and unopened Smarter Surfaces products in accordance with the terms outlined below. Refunds are subject to eligibility checks and applicable deductions as described in this policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

Customers wishing to return an order must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Once the return request has been acknowledged, products must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days of this notification. <\/span><\/p>\n
